So I cut the cable TV cord about two and a half years ago, and I still haven't regretted it. . . though, I do miss Mad Men.
I recently upgraded my antenna from a cheap wall mounted white box to a full fledged outdoor model (that was still cheaper than one month of cable television). . . If you aren't cool with an antenna growing out of the side of your house, it can be mounted in the attic.
With my new antenna I get 72 stations, that is way more than I need. . . and, thanks to ION, I still get to binge watch Criminal Minds on Sundays.
I am considering a Roku (?), so I can connect my TV to the internet, but since I don't have Netflix or Hulu, it's on the bottom of my wish list.
