Technical Difficulties

Currently Comcast (internet, not television) is being a pain in my behind.  My connection has been terrible, then my router decided to reset itself, deleting my network in the process.  I spent 3 hours last night trying to do something that should have taken 15 minute, all because of a horrible slow and spotty connection.

I pay far too much for the crappy service I have even when it is working correctly and I dread having to call customer service because I know it is going to take multiple phone calls and me eventually crying before things will get remotely close to fixed.
