Last night marked the 2 year anniversary of the Cypress Creek Round-Up. The Round-Up is a weekly Wednesday night food truck rally organized by Brett of BC Tacos (& now BC Café) held at the corner of Cypress Creek & Powerline (if you're ever around on a Wednesday night, come on out!).
Giselle of Sugar Yummy Mama is seriously as sweet as her cupcakes! It is always a good time with the pink gingham truck pulls in.
We had some super yummy goodies from some of our favorite food trucks! Empanadas from Che Grill, bubble tea from Boba Station, sweets from Sugar Yummy Mama, and, of course, tacos from BC Tacos (yeah, I totally ate them before we could take the picture).
It was a great night out with some of my favorite eats and my bestie!
