My favorite food truck has gone brick and mortar and today is the official grand opening of BC Cafe the swanky not-on-wheels brother of BC Tacos!
Kelly and I were lucky enough to be able to attend the friends and family night and get a little sneak preview of the menu. Of course the menu included some the trucks famous tacos but it also included burgers, salads, sliders and more.
I had the mushroom swiss burger, and when you first get it you're looking at it you're like hey where's my mushroom and swiss? but then you take a bite and you find it all stuffed inside the patty - it was so good! Kelly stuck with her taco favorites but did venture out by ordering one of the pulled pork sliders - that thing may be small but it packs a punch!
So if you are ever out in west Broward and looking for a bite to eat, hit up BC Cafe located at 4801 S. University Drive in Davie.
Oh, and all you BC Tacos lovers out there, don't worry, the truck will still be bringing you the best tacos around!
