During a recent trip to the flower market with a friend I discovered my new favorite flower. We were there looking for flowers for her wedding, but I kept going back to this strange branchy black flower - Kangaroo Paw. It is safe to say she won't be using it for her wedding (even though it comes in colors other than black), but I did buy a bunch to take home with me. It is seriously one of the coolest flowers I've ever seen.
