This project was beyond super simple, heck the hardest part of the whole thing was trying to figure out what to call it.
All you need to create your own is some pom-poms, a hanging wire plant basket and some twist ties -
You can get the pom-poms a few different ways: you can make them (instructions from Martha Stewart) or you can buy one of the many many pom-pom kits on the market (like this one, or this one, or these).
I picked up the hanging basket at the Dollar Tree, but you can find them cheaply at almost any home improvement store.
All you do to put this puppy together is make your pom-poms and then attach them to the hanging basket with twist ties. Once the pom-poms are attached find a corner that needs some fun and hang that baby up!

Quick disclousure, my pom-poms were made a few years ago as decorations for my fiesta themed birthday party and then were shoved in a back in the back of my closet, which is why they aren't as full as they could be.
