Turn It On Its Side

Okay, so I did some searching on Flickr to find other people who have done the EXPEDIT buffet thing, and while I didn't really find anyone who used it exactly how I want to. What I did find was the certainty that it could work -

My personal favorites are photos 1, 2 & 4. Photo 2 is the closest I could find to how I would set the EXPEDIT up. Next step is figuring out if my dishes would actually fit.
