Framed

I love having a mix of colorful posters, prints, and photos adorning the walls of my home, but I have found that it can look a bit busy and cluttered. So matter what I hang on my wall, be it a movie poster or a family photo, I have one rule that I always follow - it always goes in a black frame. I have found that having everything in black frames calms the chaos just a bit and it can make the pairing of a concert poster and a photo of you grandmother less jarring.

Now, with those black frames on your wall you risk going from chaotic to boring - to avoid becoming dull like I like to mix it up a bit and use a variety of frame styles -

Another good thing about having all black frames is that they go with pretty much any decor for modern to country.

Now of course, this is my own personal opinion and I have nothing against different color picture frames, this just works best for me in my home.
