Your Weekly Emmett Fix
I've been going on and on about Elsie lately, but not to worry, Emmett is still the king of Casa De Laurendy. While he may not be too happy about having to share his space with Elsie, I have been careful to give him plenty of extra attention, and I've also done my best to keep Elsie out of my bedroom so that Emmett still feels like he has one space all his own.

Oh I was unaware until now that you have both a cat and a dog, living under the same roof! Do they get along well? My cat makes the most aggressive sounds and face every time he passes by one... :( And I'd often have to stop him and say sorry to all the dog owners.
chucky - up until her injury Elsie was an outside cat, so she and Emmett only spent maybe 20 minutes a day with each other and they got along quite well. Now that she is inside things are a bit touchy. Emmett doesn't like it when she gets near his food or his crate, or my lap for that matter. So far there has been no blood, and we keep them apart when no one is home.
